This clear glass stippled grape pattern lidded jar was made by Anchor Hocking in 1975. It measures 7" tall with the lid, 4 1/2" tall without it, and 3 1/2" wide and features a grape cluster design all around it on both the lid and base. Often vintage sellers need to take a best guess as to the maker and age of a piece, but I was able to locate the actual 1975 Anchor Hocking catalog page (pictured) that this piece was listed so can confirm it 100%!
This beautiful jar is in pristine vintage condition, with no chips, cracks, or wear marks. It would make a lovely candy jar, condiment / jam bowl, trinket holder, cottonball holder, or holder of most anything to display in any room.
Please note that vintage and hand blown glass pieces may have manufacturing flaws such as air bubbles, seams, pontil marks, and other imperfections. These anomalies are not considered damage as they are inherent to the methods and/or the time period in which they were made.
