This vintage desk / table lamp features a candlestick style dull brass neck with a white marble base.  It has two sockets to provide bright light, and a 7 foot cord with roller switch.  The shade is opaque and mottled in shades of brown and gold.

The lamp measures 18 1/2" tall with a 5" wide base.  The shade measures 11" wide and 5" tall.  The lamp is in excellent working condition, but please note that though the marble base is securely attached, it does turn/fit loosely.  This does not affect the stability of it when in use.

Note that the shade is in fair condition, with one tear, a few scratches, and several areas where the design is worn near the top and bottom edges as pictured.  But if the tear is placed toward the back when displaying, the shade has a very unique and beautiful look.

I am unsure of the maker of the lamp or shade, but based on the Leviton switch stamp, it was made before 1953.

The lamp and shade will ship in separate boxes.

This piece would be perfect in an office or living room alongside rich leather furniture.
