This vintage water / wine goblet was made by Cambridge Glass in their Mt. Vernon Clear pattern in the 1930's. It features a diamond cut pattern and square base with a sparkly ball stem. It measures 5 7/8" tall, 3 1/4" wide, has a 8 ounce capacity, and weighs a hefty 13 ounces.
This piece is in excellent vintage condition, with no chips or cracks, good clarity, and very few wear marks for its age. It is UV light reactive, glowing green due to it's manganese content--a glass clearing agent used in glass making through the 1930's and before.
