Vintage Hull Pottery Hen on Nest Covered Casserole Dish

This vintage ceramic nesting hen covered bake and serve dish was made by Hull Pottery sometime between 1960 and 1975 based on the mark. It features a hen with two chicks sitting on top of a nest casserole baking dish. The brown drip glaze is on all sides of the bottom nest, and every side of the hen top except the bottom rim. This piece is in PRISTINE condition with no chips, cracks, or wear marks!
It measures 8" long, 5.75" wide, 3.25" tall without the lid, and 8.5" tall with the lid. It weighs 3 pounds, 6 ounces.
The Hull Pottery Company operated from 1905 to 1986 in Crooksville, Ohio, and was well known for creating high quality ceramics.
