This vintage Our America resin jar candle topper was design by artist Debbie Mumm, and features a girl sitting on a bench making a flower wreath, with a kitty cat next to her.
It measures 3 1/2" high and 3 1/4" wide, and will fit snugly on top of a jar with a 2 3/4" wide opening or slightly less. It is in very good vintage condition overall, but please NOTE that there is a bird broken off that was attached to the flowering pot.
