This vintage frosted glass shade features a flared tulip / bell shape with pleated ridges that come to a point all around it. It can be used in a variety of different types of lamps/lights and was manufactured by Quoizel.
It measures 5 5/8" wide at the base, 4 7/8" tall, with a 1 1/2" wide opening at the top, and a 2 1/8" wide set screw lip. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
